With the next four months focused on “Leadership” at Williamson, Inc., join us as Dr. Fish, CEO of Fish Executive Leadership Group, LLC, leads Williamson County business leaders through leadership exercises and strategies that help you identify when strengths become your weaknesses, how they can be your blindspot, and how to avoid this pitfall.
During the luncheon, we will present the Youth Leadership Brentwood scholarship recipients.
The May Business Luncheon is presented by Vanderbilt Health.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dr. Fish works with executives, executive teams and entire organizations to maximize their performance and improve business outcomes. Using her significant psychological training and experience, Dr. Fish helps executives recognize the unexpected factors driving their behavior and limiting their effectiveness. Dr. Fish’s goal is to help clients make lasting change by capitalizing on their natural strengths while minimizing the blind spots that threaten to derail them.
Her firm’s client list is extensive, including Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies in retail, financial services, hospital systems, medical supply, publishing, manufacturing, distribution, aviation, entertainment, IT, insurance and legal services.
Dr. Fish has served as Chair of the Women on Corporate Boards committee established by CABLE, and she also has served on the board of ION, a national consortium of women’s networking organizations focused on increasing the number of women in executive suites and on corporate boards. She is a member of Women Business Leaders in the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation, Leadership Health Care, and the Rotary Club of Nashville.
Dr. Fish earned a B.S. in Human Development at Vanderbilt University, a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Doctor of Psychology from Fuller Theological Seminary, Graduate School of Psychology. She grew up in Brentwood and currently resides in Nashville with her family and small menagerie of dogs and fish.
