FPD seeking suspect who defrauded the disabled

Franklin Police want to identify this suspect, wanted for using the cloned disability befit debit cards of two different victims to purchase and send more than $1,700 in money orders. One transaction was conducted at the Riverside Drive Publix; the other was at the Publix in McKay’s Mill. Both crimes were facilitated during the first week of November.
