UPDATE: Apple Watch theft suspect surrenders after seeing himself on Twitter

Yesterday, Franklin Police asked for the public’s help to identify a man suspected of shoplifting two Apple Watches from the Cool Springs Apple Store on January 8.

Salih Abdullah, 20, of Nashville, turned himself in after seeing his surveillance photo on Franklin Police Twitter. Abdullah, charged with Theft, is free on the $3,500 bond set by the Magistrate. He is due in court 02/01/2018 at 1:00 pm.
