District Honors Service-Bound Graduates

Making the decision to enter any one of the military branches is a decision that deserves recognition and respect, something Williamson County Schools was happy to do May 1 at the annual Military Signing Ceremony.

More than 40 WCS students are choosing to serve the country after graduating high school. The district invited those students and their friends and family to see them walk across the stage at Centennial High School and receive a certificate and a thank you from WCS Superintendent Dr. Mike Looney.

“This is a very important day to us,” Looney said. “I’m looking forward to your stories and your pictures. You will make amazing friends and have amazing experiences.”
