Gym Babies

Introducing our newest addition to Mpact Sports… Gym Babies!
This is a drop-in class for children 18 months – 2 years. In this fun, interactive, parent-tot class, our youngest athletes will learn foundations of gymnastics while developing strength, flexibility, hand-eye coordination, balance, and listening skills. Little ones will participate in a fun stretch, 2 gymnastics obstacle courses, group activities (parachute, rhythm sticks, ribbons, bean bags, yoga balls), and even have some time to explore the gym and play!
Coach Kim is the teacher for this class. With over 15 years of coaching experience, she has coached all ages and levels of gymnastics, and she understands the importance of learning correct gymnastics technique from the very beginning. Coach Kim loves working with the littlest gymnasts (she has a Gym Baby of her own who loves jumping, flipping, and swinging on the bars) and she looks forward to working with you and your child!
Tuesday 9:30-10:15am
Cost – $10 (siblings are $7)
