•provide an understanding of spinal anatomy
This clinic will provide a basic education of movement and preventive measures in addition to some rehabilitation exercises.
Craig Parker from the
NEUROMUSCULAR RE-EDUCATION ACADEMY will be helping us lessen the issues of lower back pain in grappling world.
