YMCA’s Diabetes Awareness Health Screening

Did you know that 84 million Americans are living with prediabetes and only 10% know it? Join us on November 28th from 8 am – 1:00 pm in the Maryland Farms YMCA lobby to help raise awareness for Diabetes Awareness Month by participating in our diabetes awareness event.

What it entails:
– HDL/Fasting glucose screening**
– Total Cholesterol
– Blood Pressure
– BMI
– 1-on-1 consultations with a lifestyle coach
– Tips, recipes, snacks from our Nutritionists
– Day pass for the YMCA

Event Fee: $20 at the door (accepting cash, check, and credit cards)

**Please refrain from eating and drinking 8 hours before the fasting glucose screening
