Independence High will host a three-day camp for aspiring dancers from July 30 – August 1.
From 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. each day, the camp is open to elementary and middle school-aged campers at any skill level. The dancers will participate in skill-building activities with the group and learn techniques from the team choreographer.
After completing the camp, the students will be invited to a special training session. During this session, dancers will prepare a sideline performance for a future football game.
Online registration for the IHS Dance Camp is open through July 29. The camp costs $45 for those who register online. Parents can also register their student the day of the camp for $55. Day-of registration will be cash only.
