Suspect charged after repeatedly firing shotgun off back deck

A Franklin man is free on bond after his arrest, yesterday, for Reckless Endangerment with a Deadly Weapon.

Officers were called to the 3200 block of McEwen Drive, Sunday afternoon, after several residents reported seeing a man repeatedly firing a shotgun off his back deck. Responding officers determined that 28-year-old Ryan Ezzell, who had been drinking, fired multiple shots from his deck and that several residents, including children, were nearby.

Officers arrested Ezzell for Reckless Endangerment with a Deadly Weapon. He is free on the $10,000 bond set by the Magistrate and due in court at 1:00 pm on December 14, 2017.
